Intended to be challenging
A game I made a long time ago by following the tile-based tutorials at www.tonypa.pri.ee/tbw/start.html
(I found it tonight looking at old stuff while putting off working on "Minola's Story" . I fixed a bug that was really annoying me and made things slightly more user friendly for dA upload)
So pretty much all the code belongs to that guy, although I did have to fix a few things...
I'll take full credit for the level designs
On a side note I found the tutorial incredibly hard to follow (this could be due to my incompetence, the fact it was ages ago and I was (more) flash-newbish, errors, or all of the above), the code would just not work at all in places.
Known bugs/annoying things (that I'm too lazy to fix (...tried to fix but can't work out how ):
Unable to change direction for shooting while on wall-ladder Solution = get off ladder, change direction, then climb ladder again
When on moving block and hit wall tile jump ability = non-existant =B Solution = ...don't touch wall while on moving block ... fast fingers!
Probably will be scrapped

Really cool, completed The no jumping while touching walls while on a block thingy is a little annoying, but a good challenge; if you put a reason in to make it look like you intended it (draw some grippy things on the walls where you most need a simple jump) then this'd be pretty much flawless. Also, I'd much rather up was jump, it makes so much more sense. Just make climbing if on a ladder override then it'll be awesome Very cool overall though, even if it isn't all your code.

When I read the instructions I was going to say that that would be very awkward having 'y' as shoot, but since its not, its alright.
Its good, even if you did use a tutorial, at least its not JUST the tutorial like so many other games submitted (tetris, snake, etc)
